The epitome of our house style, this Single Malt is finished in different styles of aged Sherry casks including Apostoles, Amoroso, and Matusalem Oloroso.Each hand selected sherry cask gifts the Dalmore 15 with its own individual characteristics and flavours, to compliment the base notes of soft vanilla and honey from the American white oak ex-bourbon barrels.Aromas of marmalade, cinnamon, and nutmeg.On the palate notes of mandarin, vanilla, ginger, and crushed apples. The finish has notes of caramelised orange and rich dark chocolate L&S (May 2026)
