After the incredible success of the 2010 and 2011 vintages, it is always a fascinating day when the new vintage of this hugely popular wine arrives. We are pleased to say that the 2012 is looking as good as ever. The same achingly pale pink colour, which seems to have such appeal today, but with fabulous flavours of wild strawberries, creamy acidity and a long, crisp, dry finish. This can be drunk all too easily on its own, but will match many different food types. L&S (Feb 2013)

This has somewhat of a cult following among regular L&S customers, we are told. It's a reliable and honest Provençal rosé to be sure, with wild strawberry and herbal characters tempered carefully with an edge of creaminess, all of which makes for easy summer supping. Made in Provence

Formerly Domaine Sainte Lucie, this is a domaine with wonderful vineyard holding on the dry stony lower slopes of the Provençal icon mountain, the Mont Saint Victoire. Forty hectares of vines with an average age of thirty-five. These deep soils can only support vines, and are perfect for the production of low yields and fine wines. The wines are made from a mix of Grenache and Syrah, with smaller amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre, Carignan and Cinsault, and the rosés get an addition of Vermentino (Rolle) which adds a bright floral expression.
