The wines of Ritme Celler truly reflect the ebullient character of their maker Albert Jane Ubeda. This is 70% Carinena with 30% Garnacha, mostly old vine as Albert is obsessed with uncovering incredible forgotten plots. Aged in French Oak for 12 months, it is rich and full flavoured, deeply fleshed with blackberry and plum fruits. The Llicorella soils of Priorat, decomposing slate, allow the wines to retain a freshness and add a sense of something mineral, there are also notes of liquorice and chocolate. Just full of joy and sunshine. Drinking range: 2021 - 2025 L&S (Jan 2021)
