One hectare of Merlot in three parcels on blue clay and gravels on the Pomerol plateau. Vinification intégrale - that is the grapes are fermented in barrel - in 100% new wood, all bought and aged specifically for this wine, for 4 years before being made into barrels. After a cold maceration the fermentation starts naturally and the only extraction is achieved by pigeage and by rotating the barrels gently. The wine is aged in barrel for 15 months. This is the small jewel of Peter and Howard Kwok's 'Vignobles K'. L&S (Jun 2020)
