This is good, easy to recommend. A little knife edge in its acidites, but juicy and impressive. Caressing, supple tannins and plenty of saffron-streaked red cherry fruit. Bursting with aromas of sweet berries, cherries, raw cocoa and loamy soil, the 2021 Croix Canon is medium to full-bodied, supple and elegant, with refined tannins and tangy balancing acids.
