Classic Picpoul - steely dry - but no tartness, more a crisp minerality that underlies the gentle hard white fruit. A tad floral too an apple blossom note - but this is bright driven and pure. Delicious aperitive wine or spot on with some freshly shucked oysters! L&S (Jan 2023)
