80% whole bunch fermentation. A slightly wilder fruit expression than the Volnay Santenots, with bright acidity and mineral firmness. Long and feistily intense.

Vines aged in the range of 70-90 years old, on the Meursault side of the appellation which tends to give the more elegant wines. There's a lovely tension here along with the abundant fresh fruit and juicy amplitude.
