Bright and firm - the firm acidity keeps it tight, and there's a really interesting fresh blackberry fruit which is more expressive on the finish. Intense and precise.

70% whole bunch. Fresh blackberries just picked on the nose, the palate cool and fresh and silky with a beautiful balance of acidity and slightly saline weight, so that on the finish it is more about mineral than fruit....(read more)

Bright crimson (like most 2023s!). Crunchy fruit and quite marked acidity. A little austere and hard on the palate. Perhaps it will fill out? Definitely needs time for those tannins to mellow. (JR)

More perk here than the Charmes. It is more intense, with less of a shadow of mineral drive - this is more direct, more clean-cut, but a good weight too. Very appetising, very succulent.

Focused nose, with soft sweet fruit. Good rich body, pure with lovely depth of flavour. A super village wine which will always be a lovely drink.
