Wow. This is serious. There is a lovely mineral grip up front. A neat channel of well packed fruit emerges. This is less showy though - more muscular and lithe. Great drive and sheer power - there is density here without any heaviness. The tightly wrapped fruit is rich when it comes to the fore red juice has some darker and more brambling notes. Impressive and very promising from barrel. L&S (Nov 2021)

Silky, exuding exotic spices around a core of ripe cherry, pomegranate, raspberry and rose aromas and flavors. Offers a complex and youthful profile that delivers balance and harmony, yet this needs several years to fully express its potential. The aftertaste is seemingly endless and remarkably spicy. Best from 2027 through 2048. Drinking range: 2027 - 2048 Rating: 97 Bruce Sanderson, The Wine Spectator (Mar 2023)
This is one of Jérôme Flous' favourites, and its not hard to see why. For one thing, it's harmony in a glass. Everything is in the absolute perfect place. Lightly sweet oak meshes with gorgeously succulent cherries and sweet red plums, and a whiff of incense blends with earthy notes. This whole palate is beautifully lifted by balletic acidity, and the tannins are downright tender. Drinking range: 2024 - 2038 Rating: 96 Christy Canterbury MW - TimAtkin.com (Feb 2022)
Continuing this site's hot streak, the 2020 Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru wafts from the glass with notions of wild berries, peonies, exotic spices, sweet soil tones, espresso roast and bergamot. Full-bodied, velvety and layered, it's deep and concentrated, with lively acids and a layered, vibrant core of fruit, concluding with a chalky finish. Rating: 94-96 William Kelley, The Wine Advocate (Jan 2022)
