It sits alongside the Sonwater White from the Swartland—a Chenin blend that captures the wild, dusty energy of South Africa. For the traditionalist, there is the limestone snap of Dauvissat’s Petit Chablis and the textural elegance of Chagnoleau’s Mâcon Villages.
