Medium in body, with lovely depth, Beauregard is impeccably balanced. The oak, for example, is better integrated than it has been in some years. The same is true for the tannins, which are quite silky. The 2024 is a bit light in structure, as most wines are in this vintage, but its balance is beyond reproach. Tased two times. This is a brightly perfumed wine with a red-fruited feel, and the Franc helps by adding miniature neon green lightning strikes to the deep, plummy fruit. The finish is minty fresh, and the oak appears pristine and almost aromatherapeutic. Sensational and packed with cleansing tannins and superb acidity, this is always a great wine and a bargain, too, but in 2024, it is a cut above! 17.5+/20 QP Rating: 17.5 QP Matthew Jukes www.matthewjukes.com (May 2025)

Lovely texture of depth of fruit with fresh acidity (but like the Blason not as high as the vintage average) and ripe supple tannins. Huge congratulations to Juliiette and her team for the enormous amount of work that went into creating these wines. It also represents the first officially organic vintage from this producer. This was picked from September 27 until October 6 at 34 hl/ha, then fermented in concrete and stainless steel tank. This has more fruit intensity on the nose than the Bonalgue, with black cherry, cassis and neatly integrated oak.
